Here's the first iteration of the grading scheme. Subject to minor changes and tweaking.

First of all, your grade will be divided into two equal parts.

The first part will be a group grade given to everyone in the class and it will depend on the percentage of the pages that are completed within a reasonable degree of thoroughness. In other words, if I end up giving the class a list of 50 possible pages this first part of your grade will depend on how many of those pages the class as a whole completes. Say 45 end up being made, then assuming everyone did equal work, everyone will receive a 90% for this part of the grade. (Of course, in the interest of fairness, how much each individual contributes will be taken into consideration. So don't plan on doing very little thinking everyone else will pick up the slack and expect to get the same credit.) When I judge a page to be sufficient and needing no more work to be counted complete, I will indicate as much in the discussion tab for that page.

The second part of your grade will be based on the quality of your own individual contributions. Content, style, creativity, clarity, etc. will be factored together for this portion of the grade.

Example:

Assuming that I created a list of 50 terms and the class completed all of them (and everyone contributed more or less equally), half of your grade (out of 100) would be 50.

Then if you received an individual grade of a B+ for your own efforts which would translate into a 44 out of 50, you would end up with a 94 (50 + 44) as your final grade.
